“This apart has a great potential to be an amazing place for vacation but is outdated, when we first come in has a strong smell of smoke and the bathroom has mold. The phone to comunica-te w front desk and concierge wasn’t work and I send several messages to Expedia to ask than to fix. There was an electronic response so for all our stay there was no comunicacional if we need any room service.”

“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I……

“Staff are not helpful at all. Most don’t speak English which I understand we are in DR but it makes it so hard to find information or ask for help. Many times we were laughed at for not being able to understand them. One time we just walked out of a restaurant because the server was so rude. We missed out on our already paid transportation to the airport because no one would help us and they just got us a taxi instead. Luckily we had the cash to pay for it because we were made to think it was……
