"Hello, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property and to request appropriate compensation for the issues I experienced with my reservation. I had specifically booked a room with two queen beds to accommodate myself and my two sons. Upon arrival, I was initially given a room with only one bed. After bringing this to your staff’s attention, I was reassigned to a different room in another tower. Unfortunately, upon entering that room, we discovered that the carpet was wet, making it unsuitable for use. I then had to return مرة again to the front desk, where I was reassigned back to the original room with only one bed. As a result, one of my sons was forced to sleep on a rollaway bed. This was not the experience I expected, especially considering the amount I paid for our stay and the importance of this family vacation. Seeing my son sleep uncomfortably on a rollaway bed was both unacceptable and disheartening. I believe this situation warrants compensation, as the accommodations provided did not match what was originally booked and paid for. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a fair resolution regarding compensation for the inconvenience and diminished experience. Thank you for your time and understanding. "Friendly staff, nearby everything, great bar and casino. The only down side was that there was no hot water for the whole stay due to plumbing issues so it was not pleasant to shower but they were aware of and reportedly actively working on it and something outside of their control. "
