“SAROVAR is always a win for me each time in zambia. Love the suite set up rooms, staff excellent always going beyond from check in, to the restaurant. James good guy , Nicolas , Virginia, towela, Neddy and also Samuel excellent staff they always have a smile on theirs faces. The security staff good team. Always passing their regards each time you see them. The ladies who take care of the rooms always making the room clean spotless. Till next time I love the location and easy access of anywhere……

“Positive: Its cheap for international standards (Zambian taxi drivers tell me its expensive) Five minutes to Manda hill mall and ten minutes to EastPArk / Arcaces Negative Wifi doesn't always work advertised 24/7 reception nowhere to be found no staff arround to order breakfast I got home one evening (around 10.30) and the gate was locked, no guard around and the door was only opened after the neighbouring pharmacy called the owner and I was knocking for 10+ minutes No soap in shower I would……

“The staff were very polite and helpful, but the hotel needs maintenance. My original room lacked hot water for a shower. I was told that this is a hotel-wide issue. I was able to get moved to a different room that did have hot water after several days and multiple attempts to get the situation resolved. My new room had hot water, but the shower did not drain properly, causing it to flood into the rest of the bathroom. The room also had ants and at least one roach. The breakfast buffet was……

“We stayed for 1 night but the staff were friendly and I recommend the nomads court restraunt . The pool was cold at the time but looked amazing and the room was clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool. Overall amazing 😍”
