"The place was beautiful and very nice. Room was very comfortable and staff was friendly. The beach was always safe to swim, unlike some of the resorts we stayed at, no seaweed. Only two things we didn’t like about the trip was the pools close at 6 pm. Secondly, was they allow solicitors (i call them scammers) to sell cheap jewelry in front of the restaurants. They harassed us and was basically grabbing us to come to their booth and there were half a dozen of them, every 10 feet was another person standing in your way. We were late for our reservation because they wouldn’t leave us alone, one even stood in front of the restaurant door to stop us. You have to be very rude to them to get them to stop. Very disappointed they let these people on the resort and harass their customers. I come to these resorts to get away for a couple days from my job full of salesman, I dont want to see them on my vacation. "

"If you like Disney, don’t come here. If you’re looking for a sign on whether to book Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana, let this be your sign NOT to do it. We booked this resort for my daughter’s 4th birthday wanting something special for our kids. We are a Disney-loving family from Miami, so we expected a fun, immersive family experience. We stayed 8 days and were extremely disappointed. The main attraction here should be the characters and kid activities, but there are very few included activities and almost all character interactions cost extra and they are expensive. Most things don’t even start until 10 AM. The playgrounds are tiny and underwhelming, and many activities are only for older kids. The entire resort feels run down. Everywhere looked dirty, broken, or poorly repaired: rooms, play areas, water park, restaurants, and food was terrible. We are not picky eaters at all, but almost everything was overcooked or chewy. The only consistently decent option was the fish. The rooms were old and poorly maintained. The AC barely cooled the room and staff told us “it’s just like that.” Plugging in the hair dryer shut off power to the room. Lastly, much of the staff was rude unless you were constantly tipping. Overall, this was nowhere near the premium family vacation experience we expected."

"The only reasons I did not give this resort a 5 star are #1 the Beach is very sandy (not white) and dirty (the water is beautiful and #2 we stayed in the VIP ALLTRA JR. Suite and the air conditioning was terrible. Now, with those two things being said, I am a Beach Snob, so, I prefer very clean, freshly grated every night, nice loungers, and sand not blowing so hard it gets in your drinks and food and everywhere. This beach is very dirty with sticks and all kinds of things…. As far as the air conditioning, I cannot be hot at night. Their thermostats are set by the resort and locked. I did complain to the VIP Butler and they did have maintenance come and turn it down, but it never reached down below 74 degrees and for me, I cannot sleep with it that hot! Also, if I am paying for VIP, I should have control of the thermostat and it should reach my desired temperature! I want to talk about ALL THR POSITIVE THINGS THOUGH… #1) The staff on this resort are one of the most friendly and polite places I have experienced! They get a 20/20! #2) The Food is absolutely amazing! We went to every restaurant and the service was beyond amazing and the food was top notch! #3) The pools and the entire property, including the rooms are exceptionally CLEAN! #4) The check-in and check-out process is seamless! I am BEYOND impressed! #5) The SPA is AMAZING! And, the guided Hydrotherapy is outstanding! They do a wonderful job of making it very special, peaceful, quiet, beautiful, smells amazing"

"Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time! The Staff was spectacular! Once you become familiar with them they never forget you and make you feel so welcome! The pool was so much fun. And the food could be a little better ( the buffet) but the other restaurants was top tier! I wish they had more lunch options but rather than that it was great and room service is very fast and food is still hot!! "

"The guys at Olas Bar were excellent, especially Miguel, and the girls at Café Aroma were very special and attentive. Overall, it was a very good experience; this is the fourth time we've visited. They lost their lobster offer and justify it with the closed season, but we know there's another reason. Hector was super attentive and professional with the entertainment."
