"The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great with an attentive and flexible staff who adjusted breakfast times for an early excursion which they helped us book (a 360 island tour which was also excellent and reasonably priced compared to similar options). They were also very flexible with early check-in and departure. All around a great value for our short stay in San Cristobal."

"After we finally got checked in, turned the AC on and it was not cold. Owner told me it would cool down and to let her know if I didn't need it "cold like hers (friend's room) I would be fine but I could switch it in the morning. Let me be clear, the AC did not work AT ALL and when we returned it was hotter in the room than outside at 9pm. Couldn't open the windows or doors because the of the mosquitoes. "Property was good, staff was excellent, few concerns were no hot water at 6:30 am, room was a bit tiny & too many cats roaming around. Also the hotel is not walkable to the pier or most of the restaurants, but taxis r only $2 per ride. Host lady was exceptionally good, she made our breakfast available before time so v made it to 7 am excursion."
