“Bed room clean. Mattress and pillows on the hard side.
Shower room sensors stayed on all night so did not sleep very well.
Noise and banging throughout the night, from the dining room below I think, dragging of chairs.
Bathroom had recycled soap dispensers with clogged shampoo. Would have been nice to have had small unopened mini bottles for hygiene purposes.
Fantastic evening meal and breakfast.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

“The staff were very helpful.
The meal was let down by the hoped for cheesecake as a dessert, what came was the furthest from a slice of cheesecake as possible; a sickly ball half filled with tasteless froth and a few biscuit crumbs.”
