“接送服務的司機開車技術非常好，走進飯店的感覺就是親切，行李完全不用手提，進出也有安全的安檢，讓我覺得很安心 飯店房間乾淨簡單舒適 電視有英文頻道可以選擇，Room Service的服務包羅萬象 雖然餐點小貴，不過附近有可以選擇的早餐以及鄰近餐廳，所以很不錯 飯店整個設計就是一種度假風 所以也可以到附近的海灘走走 重點是 飯店裡面的人真的服務超級周到 我那天參加完朋友的婚禮回到飯店 其實已經check out 飯店人員立刻幫我另外安排一個乾淨的房間 讓我可以好好換衣服!! 整個就感心!!”

“Bathroom shower floor is very slippery and prone for fall. Need to install holding bars and add flooring to minimize slipping”

“Everything was nice at the hotel good location, nice property, food was fair. Only issue was checking in (I wouldn't book trough Expedia for this hotel because there's some issues with their communication)... Apparently Expedia never sent them a voucher number for our booking and they weren't expecting us, just keep all your confirmation emails in case.”

“This is a good hotel on Kannur Road. The staff is friendly and helpful. The service is very good and so is the food (had Kerala cuisine). The rooms are a bit small though !”
