"It needs some updating, and keeping up with paint, and bathrooms may need additional maintenance/cleaning (they don't use bleach to clean), but overall, it's a nice place in a great location. We stayed 6 nights, mainly to sleep and keep visiting the area. Overall some small improvements are needed, but really good value for the area. "

"Pesima atencion. El gerente no se encontraba y trataron de cobrarnos nas de lo que correspondia. Y estuvimos horas en el lobby sin poder concluir el check in para solucionar el tema ya que el gerente apenas contestaba los llamadis de sus empleados"

"Raquelito es very lucky, it is the only one hotel around this city. near of the nationals parks. the room was dirty, the hot water did not exitst,,,just ice water...oh my god: the tempeture was -5 celsius like 22 farenh. if you can,,,,you have to go another place. "
