"We just had a one-night-stay with two kids, so we didn’t get to spend much time at the hotel. However from what we did see, the hotel seemed like a place we definitely would come back to for a more thorough “inspection” of all the hotel has to offer. Rating the service-level might be unfair, but we had no contact with any staff, since everything was digitalized - which worked smoothly. Our kids have ordered a city-vacation next time, and we will very likely make the trip to Leipzig and stay at Penta Hotel for that."

"I enjoyed my stay at Innside Leipzig very much. The location was great, the room was well-designed and comfortable. i found the staff friendly and helpful. They also offer a wonderful breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price. Altogether, a very nice experience."

"Beautiful hotel in the same plaza in the Thomaskirche. Perfect for Bachfest. Staff was very helpful, rooms were comfortable and clean with air conditioning, and small gym was nice. Only downside was it was a bit challenging to find, the signage on the front of the hotel could stand out more. This was a bit challenging the 2 times we got food delivery."

"I had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was spotless. There were many choices for breakfast. The bathroom had plenty of surface space for my toiletries/cosmetics. The convenience to the train station was appreciated after a long journey. Only downside was the noise from the trams early in the morning. If this bothers you, I suggest asking for a room that does not overlook the street."
