“My stay there was perfect! I had no problems with anything. Quick and easy check in.”

“I had a very disappointing experience with this booking through Expedia. Due to a simple date entry mistake, the reservation was made for June 19–20 instead of July 19–20. The error was discovered shortly after payment was processed, and I immediately attempted to correct it well before any actual travel date. Despite contacting both Expedia and the hotel right away, the hotel refused any adjustment or exception and repeatedly cited “policy,” even though this was clearly not a cancellation but……

“Always enjoy staying here. The rooms are great for our little family. Enough space so we are not feeling crowded. Happy hour and breakfast are always fresh and there is something for all of us! This is the only place we stay when we travel to Lubbock.”

“We stayed at this hotel because we love staying at the MCM Elegante in Ruidoso, NM, mainly because of their customer service and best breakfast ever. This was not even close to the customer service. 1st of all how does the bar close at 10pm?? And then you can't sit on the lobby chairs or couches after 11pm. The man at the front desk with the cowboy hat was rude and rudely kick us off first the dining area and then the couches when we weren't doing anything but sitting there. Very disappointed”
