“Overall, the customer service was friendly and accommodating, and the staff made an effort to assist us throughout our stay. However, there are several areas that need improvement for the property to truly feel like a resort.
Room cleanliness should be more thorough. The floors appeared to need both vacuuming and mopping, and we noticed hair and sand residue on the floor and around the shower area even though the room was ready for check-in.

“We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, and unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing.
We arrived late in the evening, around 8 PM. When we entered the room, we were immediately disappointed by the cleanliness. The room was quite dirty and did not feel properly prepared for new guests.
Because we arrived late, the restaurant was already closed, and the minibar was completely empty. We also tried to order food through Grab, but delivery was not available in this area at that time.……
