"Our group of four had a fantastic stay at this La Casa Cottage, we went up to the area to do some golfing in Vernon and ATV'ing in Peachland so it was the perfect spot in between. The cottage was super clean, the beds were comfortable, the wifi worked well and the A/C kept the home super comfortable during 30 degree temps. "We had two major problems with our stay: we could not get the Air Conditioning to work at all (there was a heat wave) and, most importantly, the front door did not lock.We tried to contact the owner through several channels (calls, email, SMS) more than once, and we never got a reply. We resorted to taking our valuables (such as cables or the few screens we had) with us every day and blocking the door with a chair during the night.Luckily, this was mostly a precaution as it was the summer break...
