"Staying at adams place was the ultimate Monserrat experience! We enjoyed having the entire villa to ourselves, it was perfect for our romantic getaway but there was plenty of room to bring the whole family next time! The property manager, Kristina, was so kind and attentive to all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed and having Toni as our private chef for the day was unbeatable! Her food is amazing! We watched the sunset from the saltwater pool every evening and the beach...

"We had a fantastic 15days in Carpe Diem.The veiw from the veranda was amazing. The villa was comfortable and well situated, with in walking distance of the beautiful Isles bay beach. We hired a car for the duration of our stay which was essential it was through Joe Irish who was very helpful. The pool was lovely and a nice size. The surrounding area was a sun trap but also had plenty of shade. We were however disappointed to find that there were only two sun beds, which were both unusable. For...

"Adams Place was the best appointed VRBO of which I've had the pleasure of staying. The home is expansive with tropical gardens and has all the amenities of your own private home. Nothing is lacking. The owners and managers of the property are extremely attentive and accommodating. Our interactions were always positive and our stay was elevated because of them.Surrounding this wonderful home is the beautiful and unique island of Montserrat. Their marriage is perfect and they must be considered as one. Me and my party did not have any specific preconceptions of Montserrat; we were paralyzed by the beauty of the surroundings, the warmth of the people, and the island's singular history, both recent and more distant.If you need a reset. If you want to be remote ... just enough. This is the address.\*Oh, and watching the sunrise over the ridgeline as clouds and mist pour across their apex, well that's just nuts."

"The property itself is amazing. The three bedrooms all have on suites and are all very private. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with cooking gear. The outdoor living area with the couch, the TV, the pool, is perfect, the pictures do not do it justice. The local iguanas that live on the property are very cool.Getting to the property on the first night was super easy, Thomas picked us up at the airport, took us to the best grocery store on the island to get some stuff, and then drove us to the property where our rental car was waiting. One small quirk, a fish dinner is advertised to be there waiting for you, we were surprised to see that it was instead jerk chicken. My aunt and I liked it, but my mom does not eat dark meat chicken, so the flip from fish to chicken was a disappointment.We stayed for 2 weeks and a cleaner was supposed to come by and do basic cleaning once on the Thursday one week after we arrived. The cleaner never showed up, so we were left to do the bedding laundry ourselves.We also lost hot water as the hot water on demand heater failed. We were left with cold showers and cold water to do the dishes. There was a replacement hot water heater on site, but a natural gas unit was ordered instead of propane, so we went with no hot water for the last 10 days or so of the trip.Other than those things though, as mentioned the property is amazing, the appliances work well, the pool is extremely well maintained."
