"Room I stayed had beautiful view of ski resort, but it was very quiet, also how they arranged the bathroom and toilet and wash basins was very nice to shared by two persons and with privacy. Also hotel offered very nice public bath, which I would like to recommand very highly. However, choice of food could of been wider, but all and all this place was alot better located and offed better food than other hotels I stayed at Karuizawa before."

"We spent two nights at this hotel in a Japanese style room. We found the room comfortable and spacious. I very much enjoyed the public bath in the hotel and visited AM and PM for a relaxing soak. "Lovely clean, friendly hotel that is near the station so easy to get to. The breakfast is wonderful and complimentary noodles are served each evening. The spa facilities are great with lovely products which are all complimentary. There is ice cream to enjoy for free after the onsen and free juice and coffee in reception! A great stay! "
