“This was our second stay at the property and it was just as great as the first time. My husband and I love this property as it’s like a home away from home. It’s spacious, clean, quiet and I adore the enclosed patio. It’s in a good location w/ stores and a wonderful restaurant nearby. Patricia is an amazing and attentive host! “I am writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding a recent reservation. Upon arrival, I discovered the property I booked was overbooked. I was then sent to a different property that was far below the standard of what I had originally paid for. Due to the unacceptable conditions, I chose to check out early and did not stay. Despite these circumstances — which were entirely out of my control — I have been informed that I am not eligible for a refund. This is unacceptable.……

“This property was disgusting. EXTREMELY dirty, outdated, no hot water and horrible customer service. The pool was not operable so there were literally no amenities there. This was not a resort. They do not even have ice. I would never recommend this slump. I cannot believe Expedia even allowed this hotel on their site. I rather sleep on a bench at the airport than here.”

“The space is lovely. All the amenities you could want. Wifi is good, there is air conditioning and everything is clean. Super comfortable. Keep in mind, it's not an actual country club. More like a condo/co-op type thing. You'll have to deal with a security gate. There is a pool which is nice and not too far from the space. There's a commissary, but you probably shouldn't count on it for anything. It's overpriced, and while there are posted hours of operation, don't be shocked when they're not……

“Court Manor #3 has the potential to be an excellent holiday residence, unfortunately we were very disappointed and will never rent here again. Pictures on line and premises 2 totally different situations. Place is outdated and in need of major renovations and repair, kitchen old and dingy never cooked there once, bathrooms and showers old, toilets didn't flush properly,black mold on ceiling, ants, beds don't fit bed frames, killed huge cockroach in kitchen first night,front door doesn't lock……
