We arrived late in the evening & what a pleasure to find some fruits, water & yoghurts in the fridge. The communication with Ussama was very good. “Wonderful stay at Isra hotel!! The owner was so incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. As it was Ramadan they did not put on the buffet breakfast, but he brought it directly to our room at a time of our choosing. He was incredibly helpful with local knowledge, ordered us a taxi, and was there whenever we needed him.
