“Easy walk to the beach, the new pool is super nice. My only complaint is the room smelt like bleach very strongly, but everything else was great!! They even provided beach towels. I would stay here again for sure!!”

“I always get nervous with booking small boutique hotels because you never know what you are going to get. Pleasantly surprised with the property. Great location for easy access to the beach and close to the Village. Great attention from all of the staff from check-in which included a tour of the property and the unit and the very kind cleaning staff. Other guests were also respectful with the amount of noise both during the day and at night. Would definitely stay again and have already referred……

“This was the cutest little boutique-type motel!! Debbie was delightful and such a gracious host/owner. She showed us to our room and some of the amenities in the room, as it had just been freshly cleaned. It had a little kitchenette in the room, which we didn’t use. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.”

“Sarasota is one of my top picks to book a getaway from home. I saw this place on Expedia and was impressed by the photos and what it offered for the price. Once we got there it was everything as described. The check in process was quick and easy, the gentleman was very friendly. The room was very clean, nice and spacious, like a one bedroom apartment layout. The pool was a good size and not far away from our room, and offered pool accessories for the kids to use. Another plus was that siesta key……

“The room is steps from the beach! The room was clean and well maintained. I did have a problem while in the front office. There were two very large umbrella boxes on the floor and I tripped over them and fell. Another guest who was checking out had to help me get up. The office attendant was getting towels. She came back into the office to see me on the floor and did nothing to help. Very little concern was shown, and she did nothing follow up with me to see how I was feeling. Not sure I……

“This property was everything we wanted...although not on the beach, it was a short walk to the beach and chairs, umbrellas, coolers and wagons were provided to the beach. The pool area was very comfortable and clean. We like that there were only 6 units...each was unique and very clean. We stayed in "The Nook" which was perfect for our getaway.”
