“Kamar bersih. Excellent view ”

“Very basic, sheets were a little stained and ripped. WIFI didnt work, cups in the room but no kettle just a hot water butt on the landing. OK location and could access the lake in a small area outside the hotel. Staff had no interest in helping, didnt even tell us WIF8 password (not that we could use it) or breakfast times. someone did knock ”

“sudah booking jauh2 hari, sampe di hotel jam 14:30 waktu checkin yang tertera di hotel adalah jam 14:00, waktu regis di blg kalau kamar sdh selesai di bersihkan akan di telpon, setelah 2jam ga ada telpon sama sekali. yg datang lebih sore sdh dpt kamar sedangkan kami blm dpt kamar. lapor ke receptionist, katanya 30menit, stlh 30menit saya tanya lagi, dia bilang 30 menit lagi. akhirnya checkin jam 17:30 sore. benar2 kacau administrasinya, ga ada kompensasi sama sekali. yg ribut di kasih kamar……

Bedsheet and pillow case smell terrible. I will not be staying in this property even it is FOC.”
