“Never disappoints!”

“ Very disappointed from the moment we pulled up to the property. Rubb”

“Owner was extremely nice and accommodating. We had expected to have dinner there but they were not serving.”

“The property served our needs for a one night stay in Caroga Lake. Finding the place was a bit of a nightmare. We had no wireless service in the area and the host did not provide very good directions. As we had no cell phone service, we could not call the host. We ended up going to the pist office and we were fortunate that a gentleman who was picking up his mail helped direct us to the unit otherwise we would have never found it. The unit was a bit rustic for my wife’s taste. Also, there were...

“The house was beautiful and very cozy! The backyard had plenty of amenities and we enjoyed nights by the fire pit. The hosts, Bonnie & Steve, were incredibly gracious and friendly throughout the visit. They were excellent communicators and enhanced our experience. We would definitely go back and highly recommend to anyone.”

“The cabin wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it to be. There was mud and dirt on the futon and the floors and the vacuum that was there did not work well. Also the shower didn’t drain well because the pitch of the floor slanted the wrong way so you stood in water the whole time while showering. But other than that it was okay.”

“The house was perfect for our girls trip getaway. The number of beds/bedrooms, to the newly renovated beautiful bathrooms and the fully functioning beautiful kitchen it was exactly what we were looking for. We loved the added touches like the heated towel wracks and the fancy toilets as well as the pull down projector screen for a movie. We used all the amenities the house had to offer. The hot tub was clean and hot and the easy check out was just what we needed for a fun weekend with friends....

“1890s Elegant mansion with great bones and almost completely restored. Pool would be big plus in summer and game room definitely a plus, though some equipment needed repair. Great location for our short family reunion of 6 adults and 3 tweens. Would worry about kids less than 10 or limited mobility folks as stairs quite tight or spirally and high. Does have first floor bedroom but a bit of distance to the single well appointed bath on that floor. Kitchen quite well equipped and even had a wide...

“The cabin is exactly as advertised. We love the natural wood and adorable decor. The kitchen and laundry are well equipped and convenient. The bed and bath linens are good quality. It was everything we were looking forward to, and the relaxing flow of the Sacandaga River was exactly what we needed to unwind from work and other stress. We chose this location because we have family in Gloversville and Broadalbin, so it was convenient for them to visit us here. Everyone enjoyed relaxing on the...

“Great vibes and great views. Peaceful, art-filled space for a lovely weekend alone. Comfortable bed. I spent a lot of time on the screened in patio watching the lake. Quiet street, perfect for walking or biking.”

“The host always responded quickly with questions we had. The house was clean and spacious, accommodating our family of 13. The grandkids enjoyed the game room and everyone enjoyed pickle ball in the garage. It was a peaceful, tranquil spot. There was plenty to do a rainy day. There are also local hiking trails and lakes in the area.It was a memorable family weekend.”

“Small commode, very thin tp. No linens for extra sleeping areas in the loft or pull out couch. No backup for power outages, we experienced this. We had a good stay otherwise & overall enjoyed the rustic cabin.”

“Cute cabin with everything we could have needed. Very clean, working fireplace, close to restaurants, and host was very responsive. Hope to come back during warmer weather!”
