“We had a sea view from our room which was really lovely”

“The property is magnificent. Has its own beautiful beach. But clearly they are short on staff and on supplies - during breakfast I had to get off my chair to find someone to get me some coffee- since it was not self served. Our first night we ask for another blanket and they had none but send me a flat sheet Our beach towels were very damp because they did not have dry ones available. The worst part is that the running water in the room was medium brown in color. I could not use the water to……

“The property needs maintenance. While it is kept clean, I had issues with the balcony door (no one came to attend to it either). The TV never worked. There was no water for one day and no announcement to say as such. There wasn’t even a map so you could find amenities. Overall customer service down right poor. Workers generally had a poor or rude attitude. Restaurant was closed and found out only at dinner time. Service in the pub was not great. Would I stay here again? Most likely not.……

“Front desk staff are very friendly. The room condition was not the best. The bathroom shower had a leak that. I reported and no one showed up as promised . There was a nasty buildup of mold at the outside of the shower base that hasn't been cleaned or overlooked. ”

“The atmosphere is nice but the property needs some upgrades. The room did not have blankets neither a hair dryer. There was no kettle, we requested one but was told there was none available. No water, tea or coffee in the room. Most of the staff was very nice and welcoming.”

“The receptionist was so welcoming and assisted us with breakfast when we couldn’t be there on time. Big up the chef for his delicious food, my child loves his fish in coconut milk and eggs 👍. Our room was generally clean and the environment as well together with, the fridge, microwave and Cable TV was in proper working condition. I would definitely recommend staying a night or two. ”
