"Reception staff were very welcoming...no complaints there. I got to my room however and there was a pile of old clothes just to the right of the door. The room looked relatively clean but very dated. I regret I did not linger long and moved to another hotel in town. I do hate to say this as the facilities outside looked like they might be fun but I do not recommend."

"I stayed four nights for a conference at the convention center, which is a few blocks away. I appreciated the free airport shuttle service. The hotel clerk offered me my choice of which floor I wanted to stay on, and that was an unexpected pleasure. The front desk clerks were helpful with advice about restaurants in the area. The breakfast was well-done, and the breakfast staff was very friendly. I like to take the stairs, and the stairs at this hotel are carpeted and convenient throughout the hotel. It was somewhat less expensive than the hotels next to the convention center, so that was a big reason for me to stay here. I had a great experience, and suspect you will as well!"

"The photos are NOT true to reality. The hot tub and pool are shabby and small. The view from our cabin was of the public bathroom and a communal fire pit with the red rocks off to the side. Though our cabin was clean, the furnishings and decor were dated and worn. We were disappointed with the true state of the place compared to what the photos depicted and we will not be returning."

"Very unique experience sleeping under the stars. Climate control in the dome can be a little challenging, but aside from that, something worth trying. Falling asleep under the stars on a comfy bed was amazing. The Spires Trail on site is also a fun hike, and the restorative yoga with Alisha is a must, so great for your body and spirit after hiking. Enjoyed on-site dining as well."
