"I had such a wonderful experience with the Splendid Premium Hotel! I was in Hanoi for 12 days for a friend’s wedding and wanted to do some exploring around Northern Vietnam while I was here. So I wanted a place to feel at home and that’s exactly what this hotel made me feel. The staff is so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the areas around Hanoi. When I checked in I was greeted with a cold towel, juice, and lovely snack. Hugo and Cindy sat with me to help me feel more welcome and they helped plan out the parts of my trip which was still up in the air. They helped me book day trips to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh, which helped round off my trip perfectly! I chose the suite with city view which was super spacious, and exactly what I needed for my long term stay. The breakfast buffet was always delicious and well stocked - I liked how they rotated some of the dishes and the juices daily. The pool was refreshing after a long day of walking around the city in the scalding summer heat. The Sylvia Spa was perfect after my Ha Giang Loop tour. The staff always greeted and wished me a good day, which made me feel extra special. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you plan on visiting Hanoi!"

"I've been to Ha Noi a lot and wanted to stay in a different part of town but needed to be near the main part of the city. Very nice hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff. If this was your first visit to Hanoi this would be a great hotel for you - it's easy to find, near ATMs/a 7-11 and in a slightly quieter part of old town. Good massage and laundry service, small but good gym for basics."
