"It is almost impossible to fault this hotel. The outstanding feature are the staff..they are genuinely welcoming and attentive far beyond expectations.. The facilities are first class as was our room …the dining and breakfast again superb ..highly recommended it and the location is central to the old quarter …walking distance to just about anywhere.."

"Nous voulions passer une nuit dans un hôtel du centre-ville, près du Vieux Quartier, et nous avons été très satisfaits de l'établissement, du personnel et de l'emplacement. Le petit-déjeuner était également bon ; seul bémol : le café chaud aurait dû être accompagné de lait chaud, et non froid. C'est un hôtel agréable et propre, et toutes les personnes que nous avons rencontrées étaient très sympathiques."

"Had such a great stay here! The lobby and glass elevators are beautiful, guest rooms are spacious and in great condition, and the rooftop pool + bar has incredible views of Hanoi - and live music on the rooftop was such a great experience. The breakfast was also delicious, and the hotel’s car service to the airport was very reasonably priced and more seamless than taking a Grab. Would definitely stay here again!"
