“We loved everything about this location. It could use a larger TV downstairs, hotels don't have 19" tv anymore. There is a steep hill to walk down to take the path to downtown, not advisable for seniors. But you can park at the bottom by the path of you don't want to walk up the very steep hill. We would definitely stay here again. It had everything for a perfect weekend away”

“The property was great, excellent location. Close and convenient to town whether walking or driving. Enjoyed our time outside, tubing down the river and stopping "at home" on the way down or just watching others flow by, played corn hole, had a fire and s'mores, cooked and dined outside, relaxed on the swing and read, watched TV outside, etc. We only had a couple of items that could be improved on. There was only one hair dryer that was on the wall in one of the bathrooms, none in the bathroom……

“The apartment itself was lovely and I appreciated the coffee for our stay. Please consider adding a sign/wreath/decoration to the front dooor that says “Alan’s Apartment “. It was very confusing to find the right door. Beautifully furnished and wonderful bed. It’s difficult for someone with my mobility issues to go up a 10 stair stairway holding onto warped banisters. Though it is on the first floor, that first floor was 1 story up. The hot tub was a nice addition! Please add grab bars or a……

“Kitchen well equipped, plenty of space. Host is very good to work with. Close to wineries and restaurants. We used the fire pit after a day of checking out a couple of wineries. Went down to the stream behind the house, very nice there. The deck and screen porch very inviting. ”

“We had a wonderful time at the Chalet . The beds upstairs had plastic on the bed which made it a little uncomfortable but that is minor. There is a board that is rotten so we placed a chair over it. Over all marvelous ”

“Perfect place for a 9 year old girl to launch her Helen based birthday party and stay at a cabin in the mountains. Pretty views during day and night of mountains and the city. Close enough to civilization, but far enough from it! Kid, dog, family and couple friendly! Furniture and main bedroom, was picture perfect! See you next year!”
