"The so called family room doesn’t exist and they wanted to charge me extra. Thank goodness staff was understandable and didn’t charge me. Overall the hotel was not bad, bit older that I expected. Walkable distance to downtown and parking available were a plus."

In addition, they charged me for breakfast even though it was supposed to be free and didn't tell me until I was checking out. Finally, the wifi terrible -- forget about trying to work remotely. "
