The waiter Sam in the restaurant was AMAZING! He was so attentive & personable. Front desk forgot to give us our breakfast passes for stay which I had paid $80 in advance for, so the waiter had me go & get them to eat breakfast the next morning. I had requested & was promised a double bed room due to my sister being 8 months pregnant & was put in a king bed room due to over booking.The tub had hair in it. The indoor walkway carpet from the parking garage to the elevators was filthy/black. I was told that 1 night would be credited back due to all the issues, only to find out that I was charged full price.

I will never stay at this hotel again. They charge for parking as if it’s a “downtown” location…it’s not. I had to have my room changed because the room was nasty. The bathroom sink was disgusting. It looked like someone puked in the sink and no one even attempted to clean it. Also, I checked in around 5 pm, I had my son and my nephews with me…while we were waiting for housekeeping to come clean the nasty bathroom, I could hear the couple next door in the conjoining room having sex. Luckily, the front desk clerk switched my room with no issues or else I was going to get a refund.
