Upstairs, there's a bedroom with a double/single bunk and twin bed, another with a queen bed, a shared full bathroom, and a spacious primary suite with a king bed, private bath, and a private deck offering stunning ocean vistas—perfect for relaxing and soaking in the salt air. Cable TVs are included in all bedrooms.
Additional amenities include private parking for about five cars, an outdoor shower, beach equipment storage, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, and multiple balconies with ocean views.
Linens are not supplied but rental packages are available. Pets and smoking are not permitted. The home rents Saturday to Saturday during prime summer months. Note: there are steps to enter the house.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
