"Lovely hotel - we had a very comfortable stay. We can’t give top marks for two reasons: 1) There is no alcohol served, not even a beer. 2) The gym and outdoor pool were excellent (we can’t comment on the indoor pool and spa as we didn’t use them). However, the opening hours seem to suit the staff, not their customers - they opened at 10am. Adults were asked to get out of the pool for swimming lengths at 8.30am! When on holiday in a very hot climate, you want to exercise early!"

"Quiet hotel down an alley at the end of the main street of the old town. Like most of the houses in Mardin the hotel is on multiple different levels, so lots of steps!

The receptionist 'Berken' did receive me, and he was kind, and helpful. Because of language barrier it was difficult for me to rotate from one place to another but thanks to him that he did help me out of the box.

I honestly can’t find the words to describe how amazing this hotel was. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming — they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their hospitality was beyond expectations.
The room was absolutely stunning — clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. Every detail was perfect. It truly felt like home, but better!

"My partner and I stayed in the king suite, Maridin Room. It was a gorgeously appointed room and the hammam themed barhroom was delightful! The real crowning jewel was the palatial terrace. We felt like royalty being able to relax out there looking over the Mesopotamian plains. The staff were very patient and helpful with us using translation apps, as neither of us spoke much Turkish or Kurdish. While few of them spoke any english, we got along without any trouble. They were very kind! I highly recommend staying here!"

Диван в комнате продавлен и сидеть на нем невозможно. Завтрак был хуже, чем завтрак в городе на террасе. Я считаю, что соотношение цена качество совершенно не соответствуют. Мы за 2 ночи заплатили 400$ и ничего не получили за это, ни сервиса, ни уюта, ни качества. "
"The hotel is beautiful and historical however there was only warm water available for showering at 9pm, water was freezing cold or luke warm. The hotel advertisement states they have a laundry service, when I asked the receptionist she advised they did not have a laundry service. We also had to ask for clean towels and the bed to be changed and room to be cleaned. The room which was the Presidential suite 316 was cold on arrival, radiators not on for the duration of our stay, there was air con unit for heating however wasn’t very effective. The porter was very helpful and an asset to the hotel, unfortunately I wouldn’t stay there again. "

"unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the pictures did not match the reality of the room I was given. Even there was no shampoo provided and bathroom was not tiidy and clean, which is a basic amenity one would expect. Additionally, the air-conditioning system was unreliable and did not function properly, making the room uncomfortable. Parking was a headache with limited spaces and poor management.
