“The service is not warm .the room facilities and simple.the bath towels are too old and smelly.The sheets and pillows are too old and seem to have not been replaced”

“Room was ok. It was clean and spacious. Staff were ok. Breakfast had a good variety of items to choose from. However, when it came time to check out I was not pleased. We took some of our items out to our car. Housekeeping asked if we were leaving. Told them no we still have items in our room. When we went back we could not get into our room. We were locked out. A member of staff did let us in. Check out time was 11 am. It was only 10:20 am when we were putting our things in our car. As we were……

“Had a reservation. 1st room we were given had been cleaned , but had a stopped up toilet that shouldn't have been missed if the room was thoroughly cleaned. 2nd room then given- walked into a dirty room that had been signed off as cleaned by same housekeeper as room one. Plus had a broken window that clearly would be a safety hazard for a child. 3rd room was acceptable, but was right off the lobby and we heard much noise during the entire night. Skip to morning and the free breakfast. I just……

“You get what you pay for. The hotel is old and smells like it. Linen and towels are old and worn as well. Breakfast has meat and eggs but that’s the only advantage it has over the hotel next door. I believe the price for this hotel should be lower for what it actually provides. Everything about this hotel screams save every penny at the expense of their guests. It’s an unfortunate trend that seems to be spreading across hotel chains. Only plus is the polite staff. I probably won’t stay here……

“The room was very nice and clean. I really like the North Tower, its a step up from the South Tower. Nothing wrong when we have stayed in the South rooms, our North Tower room had a big walk in shower with the King bed. Only thing that could have made the stay perfect would be to fix the 2 out of 3 elevators that were down. One elevator for 12 floors makes for very long waits.”
