“Well equipped house. Two bedrooms were downstairs and colder which was great as the average daily temperature was around 40°. Anyway A/C would be available throughout. There are many beaches nearby and it is a perfect place. Only small thing: the shown pool is not at the house but you needed to walk quite a bit. Thus we never used it. And Ivano was very responsive and helped us with recommendations for restaurants, beaches, boat rental etc. Would come again here.”

“Das Haus war frisch renoviert. Groß, sauber, gut ausgestattet und bei über 35°C Außentemperatur dank 4 Klimaanlagen kühl. Wir haben uns hier von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die große Terrasse haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Aufgrund der ländlichen Lage benötigt man unbedingt ein Auto, um die sehenswerten Ziele Südsardiniens zu erreichen. 2 Autos konnten problemlos auf dem Grundstück parken. Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Weingut nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Zum Strand 25 Minuten Fahrt. Alles Bestens.”

“Die Finka liegt ziemlich weit ab von Pula, nur erreichbar über einen Schotterweg. Im Umkreis sind einige zerfallene Farmen, hier bellen diverse Hunde die ganze Nacht. Die Finka selbst ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, der Garten/ das ganze Objekt ist ungepflegt und bedarf einer Renovierung. Das vierte Bad ist lediglich eine Toilette. Ein Nad konnte quasi nicht genutzt werden da es unerträglich stank (wahrscheinlich sind die Leitungen einfach zu alt). Der Grillplatz ist nicht am Haus, hier...

"Hotel muy bonito, desayuno correcto pero con algunos fallos teniendo en cuenta que es un 4 estrellas y te cobran como tal. El agarre de la ducha estaba roto y no disponía de alcachofa de lluvia. La limpieza diaria no era muy exhaustiva (no nos repusieron tazas usadas) y solo se podía usar la piscina tras el checkout (10:30) bajo pago"
