Breakfast was good, offering numerous options. Pool was nice & clean. The actual room was small. Struggled to set up two regular size suitcases. The was well worn and desperately needs upgrades.

Amazing and beautiful property! The amenities are plentiful, from the marketplace to the game room and fun center to the pool (indoor and outdoor). The villas are more than spacious, clean, and the property is beautiful!

The units were pretty gross. There was mold in the jets in the bath tub. The whole unit smelled musty. The walls, especially in the bathroom were super dirty. The maintenance and upkeep looked like a 5 year old tried to do it. Many of the buildings had broken wood, shutters, etc on the outside. The entrance, where you’d expect it to be the nicest had tattered flags and weeds all over. To top it off, they tried to sell us their time share program - which is currently in the middle of a lawsuit. I would never invest my money in a property that is in such disrepair. Overall, the unit size is nice, and it was marginally clean and served our purpose. But, we’ll probably just pick an independent unit next time.

The property was nice but our river front deck was looking at a homeless camp on the otherside.

We had a really great stay at Mountain Vista. The property is very clean and well maintained. The attention to outside was unparalleled, with grounds crews making sure it looked perfect every day. The inside was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would have preferred to have been on the top floor instead of the ground floor, but that’s my only complaint (preference more than anything). We were right next to the outdoor pool and that was super convenient for us. The only thing I’d tell other travelers to be aware of is that the check in location is separate from the resort. We arrived kind of late and it was a little confusing in the dark. We loved the bracelet key system, it made it so easy to keep track of our keys.
