“Very clean, friendly staff”

“Hotel was ok, what i didn't like was my room was an oven when i walked in it, but the staff were very helpful and corrected that quickly.”

“I wasn’t impressed that I was asked to pay an additional $100.00 at check it. The cleanliness of the room did not meet my son and my standards. The room was not cleaned, beds were not made, and no clean linens were provided after the first night. These services were provided after second night. I didn’t think the television remote was functioning, so I called the front desk. They couldn’t explain over the phone how to turn it on. They sent someone to the room, to explain that the remote did……

“There was no hot water in the bathroom or the shower. I did not enjoy waking up to a cold shower. The condition of the hotel was terrible. Marked up walls and a horrible scent in the hallways which I am trying to still get out of my clothes. Plus no AC in the hallways. Finally at the breakfast they ran out of waffle mix.”

“The Customer Service Front Desk Was Rude. She Tried To Say They Didn't Receive My Payment Until I Showed Proof Of Receipt. Tried To Ask Her Where A Place Was. She Didn't Answer And Walked Away. The Room Itself Was Scum. I Could See The Front Door Had Been Fixed Several Times, Paint Chipped All Through Room. Saw The Characters Hanging Around The Building When I Went To Get Ice. My Friend And I Did Not Feel Safe There At All. I Would Not Recommend This Place To Any One At All.”

“We had an ongoing issue with ants and small beetles during our five night stay. Maintenance did spray every other day, but couldn’t take care of the problem. The room was tidied with fresh towels and garbage removed daily. We had issues with one of the staff and the manager upon reporting our problems.”
