To me it was very well maintained. The folks at the desk were very helpful and actually changed the room we had reserved to a better and more roomier room. We will continue to book there when we are in that area. The large breakfast in the morning was well worth the stay charge alone.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They were doing some remodeling work on the second floor, but the work was only going on during mid day hours so it didn't bother our stay. I've stayed there before and would stay again. Good hotel for the price

I have stayed here for 3 times before and had a great nights sleep and a great breakfast there. The room was in great shape for it's age, and apparent that furnishings etc had been replaced in the past few years time. I didn't have any issues with anything.I will stay there again.

Very good place to stay with reasonable prices and helpful staff. Breakfast just ok with very limited hot selections (egg patty or waffle but no bacon or sausage with egg, etc). Nice staff and convenient location to Chambersburg but much quieter.
