The staff is very responsive and helpful. They really are service oriented. Everything is very clean and in good repair. Weak and slow WiFi would be my only concern.
Nice room, staff, Enormous hotel but very good quick check in and out. Definitely use if you have an early morning flight out of Dublin. They don't have shuttle service to the international terminal 2. So you do need a cab to that terminal when leaving hotel
