Staff were extremely helpful especially Rachael who checked us in. Made a difference having staff knock the door every evening to ask if we are okay or need anything. Breakfast canteen staff also very efficient

AS GOOD AS THE RITZ
A warm welcome, made to feel very important, nothing was too much trouble and there was a continuous feel that although you may not need anything, you were certainly aware it would be no trouble if needed. Such an informed team, regarding the local and wider areas of Dublin and all of its history. A big shout out for the concierge as that is competition for the Ritz. FABULOUS
