“Could not access wi-fi. Difficult vrs other hotels. T V was a little difficult as you could not direct input the desired station”

“Elevator was broken clerk checked us in without telling us. Assigned us to fourth floor and told me my handicapped wife would have to climb stairs. Very rude and unprofessional man. Claimed to have emailed us about situation which was not true. Very rude and will try to avoid this chain in my travels.”

After about 2 hours I had to ask for another room dude to the AC not cooling down the room. The other room had the ac off as well so I never cooled down until about 2am. Third day, this room looks like it had never been vacuumed since the day the carpet was laid down. Cockroaches in the bathroom.……

I call down to ask to have some brought up and they said Housekeeping has gone home and for me to go to the desk and get them not the best customer service. Also the toilet I had to ask to have cleaned it had a yellow staining on it, the tub, horribly stained and chipped. The bathroom door seem coming apart and soiled. I’m……
