“This is a lovely hotel in a row of historic cottages along a street right by the Broughty Ferry waterfront and within easy walking distance to the shore on one side, and shops and restaurants on the other. Street parking in front of the hotel was free although it did take a few trips around the block to find a space during the mid afternoon. We used the pub in the ground floor as a meeting spot for friends and also really enjoyed the breakfast selection. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”

“Unfortunately, our room has not been cleaned at all throughout our stay at the hotel which is three nights. There is a constant never ending ticking (like drops of water or something) from the outside room 137 which never ends at night. Prevents you from falling asleep.”

“I’ve stayed here a lot it’s a good 2 star hotel perfect for people working away from home the wi fi is a bit sketchy at times but for the price it’s good value, The staff are friendly and willing to help”
