“It is clean, quiet. The only thing I do not like is that the rest room’s door cannot be closed.”

“This is a beautiful property. The rooms are spacious with a gorgeous view of the lake. They have coffee stations on every floor which is very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.”

“Pros - Amazing water pressure and hot water temp in the shower; touchless filtered water dispenser; room was clean. Cons - Staff was mostly miserable (except for one man on the day shift who would smile if you walked right up to him and said excuse me and the maintenance man emptying trash cans - he was actually friendly), but the front desk looked like indentured servants; AC was very noisy; bathroom door squeaked incredibly loudly - we woke each other up in the middle of the night; breakfast……

“This is a very new hotel and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful when they see us are having a baby traveling with us. I would definitely stay here when I come to Jamestown next time! ”

“Main guest restroom in the lobby area had no paper towels, and no soap. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk, they acknowledged that they knew about it and couldn’t do anything about it because they didn’t have access to the cabinet that stores the soap and paper towels. Instead of just going out to get soap for the guest, also lends the question if the staff are washing their hands if there’s no soap for the public? Then when we got to our room, there was also no soap to……

“First room was shabby and the a/c was not working so they immediately changed our room and what a difference. Room was clean, curtains were hung properly on the windows, bathroom upgraded..obviously first room needs to be renovated and shouldn't be used if they want good reviews. Staff awesome here, very accommodating.”

“Average. Some rooms in much better shape than others. We had 214 which was good. Parents had 115 which was quite bad. Breakfast was fine. Note this hotel doesn’t have an elevator.”

“Shower wall seemed to have some type of mold under bottom corner soap tray. Otherwise, everything was excellent!”

“Couldn't get the TV to work. Shower was small. Tough to shave my legs in there. Maria's Pizza right across the street was excellent tho! And not far from Tim Hortons for breakfast too! Bed was very comfortable. AC was good too. Price was right!”
