“I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with our recent stay. Considering the amount of money we spent, the service, communication, and conditions we experienced were completely unacceptable. We chose this hotel expecting a comfortable, sanitary, and reasonably well-managed stay. Instead, we encountered repeated problems from the moment we arrived, and our concerns were handled in a dismissive manner that made an already frustrating situation even worse. I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO CONTACT……

“The property has recently changed hands, and the new owners/operators are in the midst of that transition. The property was clean and the room photos were accurate. I would recommend to the operators that they re-install the closets and hangers; luckily, I only stayed for one night but if the trip had been longer that would have been a big disappointment and disadvantage for the stay. We didn't eat breakfast at the property, so I don't have an opinion on that, but the food area was clean and……

“The check in was strange. It’s “no contact” so there is no staff on sight. We arrived at 7pm and the place was completely deserted, which was unnerving. We got into our room with a code for the door. The room was clean. Bed was a little uncomfortable and the bathroom is small but, the view was pretty and being the only ones at the hotel, we sat outside and played our guitars under the stars and enjoyed ourselves very much.”

“I didn’t like that the front desk called my room and woke me up to verify who was staying in the room. It was strange and he didn’t apologize”

“It was clean. We were there Fri-Mon and never had any maid service. No garbage dumped, beds made, new towels, etc. When we called to ask for clean towels we were told to come down to the front desk to get them. Front desk staff that checked us out didn't even ask how our stay was or say thank you or anything--I don't think he even said a single word-just printed the receipt that I had asked for, We were 4 adults and didn't use the pool area, but it had ping pong, arcade games, etc which……

“No cold water in sink. Toilet kept running some of the time.”
