Location is accessible. Hotel is undergoing change in ownership apparently, main areas & hallways in process of undating. Rooms were mostly clean and comfortable. Main area very small and overrun with people every evening. Front desk staff polite and helpful.

This was a good place for an overnight stay. Staff was very friendly. The hotel is looking a little worn in areas. The bed was comfortable but the air was difficult to maintain a good temperature. Overall it was fine for our overnight stay.

Booked 3 rooms, 1 had bed bugs and she had to move in middle of the night. Staff was very accommodating and got her another room, & refunded her. We have heard this can happen in any hotel but overall the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The property has recently changed hands, and the new owners/operators are in the midst of that transition. The property was clean and the room photos were accurate. I would recommend to the operators that they re-install the closets and hangers; luckily, I only stayed for one night but if the trip had been longer that would have been a big disappointment and disadvantage for the stay. We didn't eat breakfast at the property, so I don't have an opinion on that, but the food area was clean and looked to be sufficient to serve the guests. I wish the new owners well on this endeavor and I would stay at the property again if I'm ever in Dubuque.

This was our 1st stay at the Dubuque Inn & Suites. The check-in process was very seamless and quick. The hotel receptionist was very curious and friendly. The free breakfast was nothing special, but sufficient for us.
