Our stay was good. The breakfast was what I would expect from a place like this. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The only complaint I have was that the room had a musty smell. I am guessing that the air conditioner filter needed cleaning or replaced. Otherwise the room was clean.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with our recent stay. Considering the amount of money we spent, the service, communication, and conditions we experienced were completely unacceptable. We chose this hotel expecting a comfortable, sanitary, and reasonably well-managed stay. Instead, we encountered repeated problems from the moment we arrived, and our concerns were handled in a dismissive manner that made an already frustrating situation even worse. I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME DIRECTLY ABOUT OUR FULL EXPERIENCE AS THERE ISN'T ENOUGH SPACE FOR EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED AS THEY ALSO WALKED INTO OUR ROOM THIS MORNING, MONDAY WITHOUT EVEN KNOCKING IT WAS 3 HOURS BEFORE CHECK OUT. They refused to unclog the toilet, gave us a plunger and told us to fix it ourselves. It wouldn't flush due to the handle, it wasn't because of what was in it. Horrible experience, there isn't not enough space to tell you all of it.
