"We unfortunately stayed during a winter school vacation, so the hotel was packed with families with children. We were unable to take advantage of amenities such as the pool due to extreme crowdedness. Also the hotel restaurant was unable to get us a table on two occasions. I think the hotel was trying its best, but we were disappointed we chose this hotel. Additionally our bed was so uncomfortable that we had to purchase a cushioned mattress pad in order to sleep without pain."

"The pool, hot tub, and sauna were awesome. Love that there is a coffee/water/carbonated water station on each floor! Cookies in main lobby in the afternoon are awesome. Food was VERY good! Definitely coming back!"

"Hands down the best hotel to stay at in North Conway NH. From the basic necessities to cleaniness of the rooms,it was a great experience. Would definitely book again! "

"Have stayed twice and the rooms are clean and beds are comfy with a memory foam topper. My stay this time was a bit tarnished, though. Friends booked a separate room for one night directly with the motel, but the booking system had a glitch/error. The motel system booked them for different dates, even though my friend's confirmation email from them was correct. Without going into too many details, it would have been nice if the managers were given some leeway to make decisions to provide great customer service and take some responsibility or apologize about the situation when guests were left scrambling to find other accomodations for the night. If you book directly with the motel, definitely call them to confirm your booking is accurate!"
