“I loved the location, the cleanliness and how good I felt being there. Thank you”

“My next door neighbors in Loft D had very loud children that continued way past midnight for the first night of my 3-night stay. I was in Salisbury on some very sensitive business and I needed a good night sleep each night. I texted Brant the next morning and he addressed it professionally and promptly. The next two nights were quiet. I really appreciate how this was handled.”

“This apt was built in the 50’s, or back when fewer outlets were needed, and it has window air conditioners. It was just what we were looking for as we visited the ste for family reunions”

“Perfect location to walk to Seacrets down the road and to Fagers Island right next door. Some suggestions to finish the renovation process- change out the thermostat, it just was a dial to show colder or warmer and we woke to temps at either too warm or too cold, put in a ceiling fan with light in the bedroom because it was so dark with just low lit lamps on side of bed, better screens on patio door, add a full length mirror somewhere. For the most part it was exactly what we needed. Loved the……

“Cute cozy house in quiet location. Beds were comfy. Plenty of necessities were present (tp, linens, cookware, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc) Near Salisbury University and downtown activities. Lots of places nearby to eat. Not a long drive to the beach in Ocean City. Host was communicative and responsive. Excellent stay.”

“We loved this place! We were in town for baseball. It is very nice and has all the comforts of home. Kitchen big and well equipped, house was clean and very well furnished. Nice bathrooms and a lovely screened in back porch. It is very near a beautiful beach on the bay that has some of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. We really enjoyed this perk!! Prompt communication and everything was as described. I highly recommend this rental!!”

“Beautiful house, we were down for orientation at Salisbury. Place is close to the school, and local restaurants/stores. Check in was great, nice communication with the host. Can't wait for our next stay!”

“Love This rental. One of our favorites. Small but everything needed. And the view is absolutely wonderful.”

“This property is delightful. It's very "beachy" and relaxing. There are lots of thoughtful amenities which made our stay smooth. The only thing I would mention is that the property is reached by a set of six stair steps, even though strictly speaking it is on the first floor of the house. That wasn't a problem for us. Other than that, we can highly recommend it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. (My husband wants me to mention that he loved the bed and slept very well.)”

“Convenient, clean, super friendly host, loved it. Highly recommend!!!”

“What a great, comfy home to stay in. We will definitely stay again.”

“This was a clean, comfortable place to stay. We only stayed one night, but would've enjoyed staying longer. Sitting outside with coffee in the morning was special. The number of different birds we heard was amazing. We didn't have time to explore the pond, but it added to a nice, quiet stay.”

“Cute place. Clean, comfortable, and convenient to the soccer complex. I wasn’t familiar with Chesapeake City but we had a great time at the waterfront restaurants.”

“This place is just as you see in the photos; clean, welcoming, great location, and very peaceful. We are certainly looking forward to staying here next year, if available. The contact person was available and answered quickly when I contacted him. ”

“Made a last minute decision to stop in Rock Hall to visit a family friend for a couple of days. So happy I did! The apartment was the perfect spot. Very clean, cozy and convenient. The host was exceptional. He stayed in touch to make sure everything was going well and nothing was needed. I am hoping to return again some day for more than just a couple of days. I highly recommend this place.”

“The first thing was that the pictures were okay on the site, BUT it didn't show how dirty the place was. We got there and the outside was questionable. but we had to get ready to attend our event so we didn't have the time to really check out the place until we came back around 10pm. I was told by the host that the place was being cleaned after the previous tenants left. Well they must have left over a month ago because that place was dirty...with a capital D!! ANTS in the rooms, rust on top……

“Amazing host! Amazing property! Clean, smelled good! Beautiful view of the ocean and boardwalk! 10/10 would come here again”
