Housekeeping did not come to vacuum or provide clean towels..... Ventilation in bathroom is terrible, even taking a tepid shower made it steam up. Need stronger vent fans. We were on ground floor and whoever was above us must have had toddlers running laps in oversized shoes at 0745 am, another guest had a dog that started barking at 0734 am, and next door to us had their TV on loud at 0800, I'm guessing for their kids? ...need more soundproofing in rooms and walls."

I understood. However my friend who had exactly same room did get a late checkout. I asked at 7:15. He asked at 7:45. This is how you go from a 4.5 ⭐️ experience to 3 ⭐️ in a jiffy."
