“The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, not the basic cleanliness like the floors or beds but more so in much need of a deep clean (ceiling vent in bathroom, walls, light switches, etc). It was so bad in our room that I had to wipe down the light switch and something unknown splattered off the wall. The 10pm quiet hour/curfew doesn’t seem to be enforced since we had rowdy teens on our floor yelling and playing in the halls so sleep was scarce (not so much the fault of the hotel but……

“The location is good. Even though you cannot see the beach in your room but you can just walk to the beach by crossing a road. The room is fantactis. I ordered a big bed and I am very surprised that it is KING Size!!! The hotel room has everything you need. and the check out is super super fast, you just need to tell your room number and give the card back to the front tesk. I really enjoy staying here. They provide declisious breakfast in the morning untill 10:30AM. I will definitley come back……

“There was no AC in the "old part" of the building stating the hotel was in nuetral for changeover. The room held at 77 degrees with a singluar box fan given. Maintenance began on the pool at 7am sharp on Saturday- loudly- feet outside on ground floor beach front room. Ocean view obstructed fully by tiki bar. ”

“I would like a full refund for my stay.... horrible conditions in the room, no hot water available, an abundance of mold, front desk was not very helpful. Have no idea who the manager is, was told my complaint would be added to the pile? I asked for a call, was told that he may call me the next day, as he was currently off. Well, it's been over a month, and no communication has been received. I would really like to get my money refunded and share some of the pictures of the condition of our……
