This is the second time I have stayed here and both times had issues with room service only. The number you are given in the menu rings out constantly then you have to phone reception who will call you back and take your order and they don’t seem best pleased. Ordered 2 cheese and ham panini’s and 2 cokes at the cost of £24. When it arrived the panini itself was luke warm a sprinkle of cheese that hadn’t seen any heat and two slices of cold ham all served on lettuce leaves covered in some dark vinaigrette. This is the only thing that spoils this hotel
