The customer service was great! The pool area, although small, was fun for the kids. The hotel was conveniently located and there were plenty of shopping/dining options available nearby. This property, although well kept, is beginning to show its age, and the cleanliness of the bathroom was really the only downside.

Everything was great overall. Only complaint would be the lack of towels for the pool (but granted it was very busy), as well as could have used a few more towels in our unit as well. Great service. Great breakfast.

We spent the first night in a room on the third floor. We hardly slept as when the people above us walked, it was incredibly loud in our room. It even kept the kids up. We eventually moved up to the third floor, problem solved. The pool and slide are great but the water is extremely cold.

We stayed in a junior, king, suite, and it was spacious! The check-in process was a bit painful, we were told to come by at 45 minutes but when we got there they told us it would be another 45 minute wait.

I was unaware of their breakfast until i actually checked in, so that was a pleasant surprise! Also, its so awesome to have so many options and actual breakfast offered! They had strudels, muffins, waffles, eggs, sausage, english muffins, bread, buns, yogurt, several juices, tea, coffee ect. Much better than most hotel breakfasts. The pool was goo, and the hot tub was excellent for relaxing before going back to the room to sleep.

It looked good to begin with but when my daughter got into her bed she felt crumbs so pulled back the bedding to reveal dirty sheets and chip crumbs. They had made up the bed and left the last guests dirty sheets on the bed. Seriously gross. We called down and they moved us to a new room. Had it not been for the chip crumbs to make her aware, she would have been sleeping in someone else's sweaty sheets. I called the hotel the next day and the manager gave 35 dollars off the bill for the inconvenience of having to pack up and move at 11 pm. I kind of think that we should have been given a free night.
