“This was a unique experience. We appeared to be the first customers, days before the official opening. Only in Warri 😂 Everything was brand new, literally shrink wrapped Nonetheless, the staff went above and beyond for us, the only guests. ”

Whilst the hotel and vicinity were very comfortable and spacious we had paid for a booking for our mother to stay online through Expedia and received a payment receipt but then upon checking in a young lady who was the present hotel concierge insisted that the room was not paid for and insisted that my mother paid and so we have doubly paid for the reservation and are not getting any response from the supervisor as to how the funds my mother paid be……
