"This house is incredible! There was also daily cleaning service and a cook to handle breakfast. I thought the service was wonderful and the staff was friendly and responsive. The 6 bedrooms in the house were all large with ensuite baths and views with balconies or patios. Important to note that the two smaller bedrooms with full beds were not in the main house. You have to walk outside to get to them. They are really designed for household staff. You could probably have an 18-year old kid stay there if you want. But it isn’t good for children. The house is huge with more amenities than you could use."

"We stayed at this hotel for 8 days and overall had a very pleasant experience. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel has several swimming pools with plenty of lounge chairs. A big plus was that the hotel was only about 50% occupied during our stay, so it was always easy to find a good spot and a chair near the pool. I’m giving 4 stars mainly because of the food. The breakfast selection was limited, with very little variety and many of the same dishes every day. We especially liked the steakhouse and Italian restaurant. Caesar at steakhouse was also very good and made the Caesar salad from scratch, which was a nice touch. The biggest area for improvement is entertainment. There was almost no entertainment during our stay. It would be great to have more live music in the restaurants and around the bars in the evenings to create a livelier atmosphere. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back. With better food variety and more evening entertainment, this hotel could easily be a 5-star experience."

"Everything about the staff and hotel was great, and I have no complaints. The only complaints I have are with the activities and kids club. For the kids club, they charge about $25 per hour. It is very small, and if you want to go there and not pay the $25 per hour, you need to stay with your child. However, there is not much to do in there. I wish they had things for toddlers and the younger crowd. To stay at the kids club, you need to be at least four years old. Therefore, if you're deciding for or against this facility and you have children under the age of four, They will not be able to take advantage of the kids club. For any children above four years old, be prepared to pay $25 per hour for each child. For adult activities, I would recommend some activities that are more sports themed. An example would be beach volleyball, beach soccer, badminton on the grass, etc. They have ping pong tables, but they will only be out or accessible for an hour at a time on a random day of the week."

"The room was immaculate and the service was top tier. They were all so helpful and attentive. You do get greeted by a time share person right away giving you a hard sell for the welcome breakfast but other than that no complaints. It was quiet sophisticated luxury. The food and drinks were also excellent at every onsite restaurant."

"We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home! The house was comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing trip, and the location was perfect. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process easy from check-in to check-out. We truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the property. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to vacation!"

"cute house with character. Fabulous location steps from the beach. The little unheated pool was plenty warm in late March. We enjoyed delicious meals by both Gloria and Marriza. A few minor details – three of four beach chairs were broken and there were inadequate kitchen cleaning supplies. Luckily Gloria brought a sponge. also replies to our messages were a bit slow, particularly before the trip started as we were making final plans. All in all, we’d rent this property again!"
