“I stayed there for three nights with friend traveling to Peru for sightseeing. The hotel is clean and is located in nice location about ten minutes walk to plaza de Armas. The staff are very friendly and professional. There is a court yard for tea, between restaurant and lounge, making guests feel comfortable. However hardware in the hotel is getting old. I saw elevator was not working for one day. When I first moved into room #202, wifi was not working since signal was too weak. They let me……

The staff went above and beyond, Lucia the concierge made sure we were taken care of, she went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The servers at breakfast and dinner were so kind and offer us off menu items and never stopped asking if we needed anything else. The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy beautiful landscapes and a peaceful atmosphere. The spa is amazing!!……

“We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.”

“早餐55sol 自助餐，很差没什么好吃的，就是现做的鸡蛋饼还可以。前台服务态度一般，酒店位置高，如果有高山反应的话更加厉害。打优步一般五、六元就可以到要去的地方，打车去火车站31sol去马丘比丘。酒店内也没羊骆可以拍照。”

“對於酒店員工十分不滿 首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。 而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐， 職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。 其後本人回到房間， 不但沒有完成本人要求， 更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！ 本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。 當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！ 我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！ 位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！”
