“Everything was outstanding!!!”

“The room was clean and it had been recently renovated. The amenities were lacking - air conditioning didn’t work well, no hair dryer, no coffee/tea, no cups. The staff person on duty was learning a new computer system and check in took 25 minutes. We ended up getting charged twice for the room and the incidental charge was on our card 4 times. I had to call the number left on the door as the office was not open at 8:15. The person I spoke with said she left my paperwork out for the manager. She……

“This place hasn’t had an update since the 70’s. We needed a bed for the night..so it was fine. Staff was friendly, air conditioning worked well.”

“Clean and had everything that need: microwave, fridge, parking, clean and hot water. As a bonus Chinese buffet on the side.”

“It was obvious that they were trying to revive the timeshare business against the hotel. Food was great. They need to get a system to control air conditioning. You should not be cold all the time. Definitely need hire front desk staff at hotel frontdedk”

“We are not casino people at all, but we needed a last minute place to stay in the area. We were impressed with the size, quality, and cleanliness of the room. The pool was nice as well with an adults only pool and a family pool. Room check in was smooth. We will come back for sure.”

“Very clean but a strong perfume smell. Recommend getting rid of it! I ended up with a migraine from how strong it was.”

“It is a charming hotel, with actual metal keys. Much more personal than a chain hotel. The television signal was not consistent, which was not surprising for the hilly location. We really enjoyed our stay. The town has many small shops, eateries which are worth enjoying”

“Not a lot of dining options. Some in resorts also closed. Ac in first room was leaking with awful smell but staff was great in getting another room”
