"The Cozy Cottage was a perfect get-away for my friends and I. The cabin is really cozy and the view and river access is incredible. We loved the neighborhood and Callicoon has a vibrant/artisy scene. "

"Property is extremely unique. Kids loved the ambience of the house. Owner was extremely helpful and prompt in helping answer with any questions we had. "

The house was extremely clean and a great layout for our family. We could all have our own space yet still be able to come together to play games, listen to music or sit around the fire. "
