“This was a nice, clean property with everything I required for a trip with my son. It was very quiet and the only neighbor we saw was a little rabbit who visited every morning.The owner seemed very kind and understanding, which is always a blessing.The area itself offers no real public access to Highland Lake but there are plenty of other areas to explore nearby. “We loved out stay! Would absolutely stay again. There is a little (under 5 min) walk to the tiny house itself on some rough terrain but it’s worth it for the seclusion. The place itself was so charming and cute. So fun seeing the animals and trails are walking distance away. The nearest towns are 30+ minutes away and there are no big box stores, just small shops and restaurants, so pack accordingly.
